When will my order ship out?
All orders will go out within a week! I usually pack all my orders one day a week.
It’s just me running this thing right now, so thank you for your patience! :)
When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped from France. After receiving your “shipped” status email, please allow up to 3 days if you are ordering from France.
Up to 8 days if you are ordering from the US. International parcels can take anything between 3-15 days to arrive depending on location.
All items come with a tracked number.

Please check your junk/spam folder! Sometimes they get stuck there. If it’s still lost, you can email me and I will try to find it for you!
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Unfortunately, not — please place your orders mindfully as I do not allow cancellations, exchanges, or returns for ready to ship products and made to order. Thank you for understanding!
Do you accept refunds?
All sales are final and a cash refund will only ever be available if an item is lost in transit.
In any other instance if the item was Made to Order then there is no option to return or refund your item.
My package is damaged / missing :^(
If your order was damaged in transit or you believe your package is missing, please let me know via email and I will try to work out a solution with you. I do everything I can to pack all of my orders carefully, but unfortunately, once I ship off orders they are out of my control.

So sorry! Sometimes I can make mistakes while packing, please send me an email and I’ll be sure to ship out your missing items as soon as I can.
Will there be fees/taxes on my package?
Depending on where you are ordering to, you may have additional customs fees/taxes on your order that you will need to pay in order to receive your package. Most international orders will make it through customs without additional fees (depending on the value of the order and what country you are in).
Any additional taxes/fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by my product costs/shipping fees. If you do not pay the fees, your order will be returned to me and you will be refunded.
If you are ordering from the EU/UK, please note that you may be charged a VAT tax (TVA in french) on your order when it reaches customs. I, Deborah Carletti (Onirique Boutique) will not be responsible for collecting and remitting VAT taxes.

Do you offer custom orders or any of your items in sizes other than those listed?
Not at the moment but this is something I aim to be able to do in the future.

In the 3D Printing Industry, as there are more and more inventions being created with the aim of redefine the composition of plastic, I plan for my next drops to use biodegradable and easily 100% compostable, environmentally friendly materials.
